
Peel some potatoes, wash and dry with kitchen paper.
Cut the potatoes in dices, and crush a garlic.
Add extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan – high heat, and cook the potatoes until they are golden brown.
Once golden, we lower the heat to a minimum and let them cook a little.
Remove the potatoes to a bowl with kitchen paper to absorb the fat surplus.
Put the potatoes in a colander, and season them with BRAVA Rub.
Mix them well until they acquire an orange color.
Serve and accompany with a sauce.

Add the juice of half an orange and its zest in a bowl.
Add tempered butter and spread the BRAVA Rub.
Mix well with a fork and distribute evenly.
Once ready, roll it in film and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
After this time, preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Cut a couple of slices of butter, let temper and store the rest of the butter in the fridge again.
Clean and wash the potato and its skin.
Dry and cut the potato into thin slices of 0.5 cm, not to the end but in accordion.
Introduce the tempered butter in between the potato slices.
Put the potato on a baking tray and top with a drizzle of extra virgin oil and oregano.
Bake for 45 ‘
Put another slice of butter on a frying pan – medium heat.
Cook the hamburger on the pan.
Serve the hamburger, with the potato and a couple of slices of butter.
